Grant runs Teads Studio for the Americas, the creative and data strategy team at Teads. His sandbox is at the intersection of creative, data and media; his team works with major brands to build smart, dynamic creative strategies and executions that are both interactive and personalized at each step in the customer journey. Grant came to the digital advertising world through a series of fortunate accidents. Drawing on an insatiable curiosity, he has at various times been an entrepreneur, a ski bum, a consultant and a home builder. He has started, sold and/or advised businesses ranging from digital advertising, IoT, mobile apps, robotics, machine learning, education and non-profits.
Global Creative Strategist
Bertrand Cocallemen, also known as Coca, is a passionate creative strategist at Teads. With over 20+ years of experience, Coca is a digital advertising specialist and design thinker who helps brands with their integration strategy. Currently based in New York, Coca is French, born in Madagascar, lived in Brazil for over 20 years, and speaks four languages: Portuguese, French, English, and Spanish.
Vice President, Global Demand Development
Iryna leads global demand development at Teads and oversees the overall health of its programmatic business. Prior to Teads, Iryna was spearheading the programmatic transformation of GroundTruth, a leader in location-based advertising. Iryna has gained deep expertise in programmatic technology, data and media, as well as a uniquely comprehensive industry outlook by leading high impact go-to-market teams and working with some of the most successful publishers, advertisers and technology platforms globally.
Chief Commercial Officer
Jeremy oversees Teads’ global client/agency, creative and marketing teams. Jeremy was the co-founder of HappyApps, which Teads acquired in 2011, and prior was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in NYC.
Chief Strategy Officer
Todd is responsible for driving Teads’ strategic growth initiatives on a global scale, including programmatic, Viewable Marketplace, and data. Prior to Teads, Todd held senior management positions at Millennial Media, Apple’s iAd, and WPP.
Chief Technology Officer
With over 15 years of experience in large-scale engineering management, Eric is now leading Teads’ team of 100+ engineers. Before joining Teads, Eric worked as CTO for several leading French tech and media companies.
Global Senior Vice President Business Development
Eric is responsible for Teads’ worldwide publisher development efforts along with an emphasis on building strategic partnerships. Eric has more than 15 years of digital media business development, monetization and strategy experience. Prior to joining Teads, Eric held digital business development positions at Scripps Networks, A&E Networks and Fuse.
Managing Director, Netherlands & Global SVP Business Operations
With over 8 years experience in the industry, Fabio is now responsible for Teads global Business Operations with the main scope to deliver the best service to our clients. In his day to day, he works cross teams and departments on global projects with the aim to improve the efficiency and productivity of our Global Operations.
Senior Vice President Business Development
With more than 10 years experience in the advertising industry, and after being the General Manager for Teads’ French market, Hicham is now in charge of developing and launching Teads’ new products globally.
Vice President Business Operations
Over 8 years ago, a passion for sports led Meg to the digital media industry, where she developed a self-taught mastery of the ad serving ecosystem at Perform Group. At Teads, Meg is responsible for all North American business operations, including all advertising client services, business intelligence and vendor relationships.

Caroline is responsible for managing the production of Teads’ extensive global research initiatives. Previously, Caroline held leading research roles at Aegis Media, Deepblue, and Isobar.
