RJ Pauloski Hired to Lead Sales and Business Development Operations
New York and Canada – April 19, 2016: Teads, the inventor of outstream video advertising and a global monetization platform for publishers, continues its global expansion today with the launch of its first office in Canada. RJ Pauloski joins Teads as Vice President of Sales and Business Development to lead the new Toronto-based office.
As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Pauloski will be responsible for all demand and supply activities in the Canadian marketplace. Pauloski will manage a sales team with the goal of selling and evangelizing Teads’ outstream video advertising formats to brands, advertising agencies and agency trading desks in the Canadian advertising market. Pauloski will report into Jim Daily, Teads’ President for the U.S. and Canada.
Teads’ outstream technology creates new premium video inventory that did not exist before. The launch of operations in Canada provides Teads with the opportunity to expand its reach by bringing its innovative technology to a new market of publishers and brands.

Prior to joining Teads, Pauloski served as Sales Director at AOL Canada where he was responsible for developing market and sales strategies for AOL’s programmatic media products as well as defining and executing programmatic sales. Previously, he was Sales Director for Microsoft Advertising & Online for over seven years selling online media products to national high-value strategic and mid-market customer segments along with the Quebec/Maritime and Western sales territories. Pauloski was also a Council Member at IAB Canada and held positions at MySpace/FIM Canada and REDUX media.
